Simply because a Task was created, doesn't mean there is any user filtering that is applied to it. By default, everyone is eligible for a Task without any demographic filters applied.

WXET is actively developing an open standard for respondent targeting. However, in order to support WXET Accounts which are legacy Market Research Buyers that have used platforms such as Lucid or Cint, the Connector system allows them to use pre-existing questions and question values (pre_codes) in order to match identical targeting configurations. This allows full compatibility with GRL's Supplier integrations.
